A book that opens like a movie. Chapters start on a narrow column, surprisingly repeated in the middle of a page futher in the book.

Strange detail: long lines in the notes fall back before the numbering.

The ‘maquette’ or page layout was conceived by Robert Massin. Composed in a fat 10 pt Garamond, bound by Engel.
